Joe Pointon Branding

As a collaborative project I produced a logo and brand identity for a music production student at Leeds College of Music. His name was Joe Pointon and I wanted to not only get across his multi non genre defined music compositions but also his direct and on target music production. I ended up creating the small triangle as his logo representing on target/on point, his name and the strikes are the connectivity between client, producer and composition.







I then took the brand and designed a set of layout scamps for his webpage to accompany the business cards. It was important to keep the brand image consistent through all client and customer viewing areas so I made sure the themes set out in the business cards carried through to the digital presence.
