From the back end of a research project into bees and bee conservation I design a website called Bee Aware. The aim was to provide facts about bumble bees and give audiences suggestions on home conservation tips.
I wanted to use a nice clean flat design for the layout and a hexagonal grid to represent honeycombs. I also made sure that the pages were long and thin so they would translate easier onto different devices.
